Appearance Timeline
当可用的, 测测 can make public 外表 for community and private parties upon request for 哥伦比亚 and surrounding areas. We understand the importance of your event and strive to accommodate your schedule. Please complete the 测测 Request Form at least three (3) weeks before your event. 然而, please note that 外表 are determined around 哥伦比亚大学 schedules and may be changed and canceled in case of a conflict with a 哥伦比亚大学 event. Each appearance may last up to one hour.
If an appearance must be canceled, 哥伦比亚大学 personnel should be given seven (7) days prior notice if an appearance must be canceled.
测测 is available for 外表 throughout the year. 然而, it is more difficult to fulfill an appearance request during academic break weeks and summer months.
Additional Appearance Requirements
Accurate directions, location, on-site contact, and on-site phone numbers must be provided.
A private and secure changing room must be provided for the mascot to change and lock belongings during the appearance. The mascot must also be supplied with water, preferably bottled.
测测 外表 can last up to one hour unless a longer time interval has been requested for a specific event. If outdoors, a 10-minute rest break is required every 20 minutes unless one is needed sooner. If indoors, a 5-minute rest break is required every 30 minutes unless one is needed sooner. The mascot is unable to perform in severe weather. A mascot assistant will accompany the mascot at all events.

Publicity/Marketing Restrictions
All publicity for the event, whether in advance or afterward, which mentions an appearance by a mascot or uses college marks (logos), must be approved by the 哥伦比亚大学 Marketing and Communications Office before use. For approval, please email JDockery@哥伦比亚SC.edu.
How to Request 测测
- 完成 测测 Request Form. Requests should be made at least three (3) to four (4) weeks in advance and are encouraged as early as possible. Appearance requests are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You will receive an immediate automated response email to confirm receipt of your request. This is not a confirmation of the appearance.
- You will be contacted via email regarding availability two (2) weeks before your event.
